India Fasteners
These terms govern use of indiafasteners.com (the “Site”), operated by India Fasteners (“we”, “us”). By using the Site, creating an account, listing a business, or buying a paid plan, you agree to these terms.
1. What we offer
India Fasteners is a B2B directory and lead platform for the fastener trade in India. We publish company listings, products, buyer requirements, and related content. Paid plans (Advance and Premium) increase visibility of a supplier listing and unlock more enquiry contact details. We are not a party to any sale of fasteners between buyers and suppliers.
2. Accounts
- You must give accurate company and contact details and keep your login email current.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share your password.
- We may suspend or close an account that is false, abusive, or used to spam buyers or other suppliers.
3. Listings and content
- You must have the right to publish the company name, products, images, and claims you submit.
- Listings should describe a genuine fastener manufacturing or supply business.
- We may edit, unpublish, or remove content that is misleading, unlawful, or off-topic.
- A paid “Recommended” or similar badge does not mean we endorse product quality or creditworthiness.
4. Paid plans
- Advance is Rs.4,999 and Premium is Rs.9,999, each for 12 months from activation, unless we state otherwise at checkout.
- Prices shown are inclusive of all platform charges. We currently issue a payment receipt without GST; a GST invoice can be shared on request.
- Payment is collected online through Razorpay, or recorded by us after an offline bank/cash payment.
- Benefits (including listing prominence and unmasked leads) last only while the plan is active.
- Plans do not guarantee a number of leads, orders, or ranking on Google.
5. Buyer enquiries and requirements
Enquiries and requirement posts are submitted by users. We do not verify every buyer. Treat contact details as confidential and use them only to respond to the enquiry. Do not scrape, resell, or bulk-message Site users.
6. Payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Card, UPI, net banking, and wallet availability depends on Razorpay. Failed or incomplete payments do not activate a plan. Successful payments are non-refundable. See our Refund & cancellation policy.
7. Acceptable use
You may not attack the Site, copy it wholesale, impersonate others, post malware, or use the Site for anything illegal. Automated scraping of listings or leads without our written consent is not allowed.
8. Intellectual property
The Site design, trademarks, and our original content belong to India Fasteners. Your listing content remains yours; you grant us a licence to display it on the Site and in related marketing while it is published.
9. Liability
The Site is provided as-is. We are not liable for deals between buyers and suppliers, downtime, ranking changes, or third-party payment failures. To the extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for a paid plan is limited to the amount you paid us for that plan.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. Material changes to a paid plan already in force will not reduce the remaining term you already paid for.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
